What Is Hilton Team Member Rate (TMTP)?

Hilton Team Member Travel Program (TMTP) is an exclusive travel benefit program offered by Hilton for its team members and eligible family members/partners. It provides access to special discounted rates at participating Hilton hotels worldwide, with fixed low nightly prices that are not affected by market fluctuations. These employee-exclusive rates typically range from around $40 to $80 per night, offering savings of approximately 50% to 85% compared with standard room rates.

The Hilton TMTP 40 Nights Package is a service designed to provide access to the exclusive Go Hilton Team Member Rates. By following the program rules, users can use their own Hilton Honors account to search and book eligible employee-discounted stays at participating Hilton hotels worldwide.

The package includes 40 nights of employee-exclusive discounted rates, valid until December 31, 2026. Activation usually takes 1–2 business days. Once activated, you can access eligible Go Hilton discounted rooms through the official Hilton booking portal, helping frequent travelers save significantly on hotel costs while enjoying a more affordable premium travel experience.

By using the Go Hilton Team Member Rate, you can enjoy fixed, deeply discounted nightly rates worldwide, unaffected by market fluctuations (excluding resort properties).

Even if a hotel’s regular rate is $300, $500, or higher, the Team Member Rate remains the same.

Booking and Stay Rules

To comply with Hilton’s internal employee policies, the following rules apply when using the Team Member Rate:

• A single reservation can be for up to 7 consecutive nights.
• Back-to-back stays at the same hotel are not allowed to extend beyond 7 nights.
• A maximum of 40 Team Member Rate nights can be used per calendar year.

Account Linking and Usage

After purchase, we will complete the system linking for you:

• Your information will be added to the Hilton employee Lobby system.
• Use your own Hilton Honors account to log in at:
  https://www.hilton.com/go
• When searching for hotels, the Team Member Rate will appear if available.

Once your account is successfully linked:

• The authorization will be bound to your name and Hilton Honors number.
• The authorization is valid for a full year.
• It cannot be changed, removed, or transferred.

Hilton TMTP Availability: How Does It Work?

Hilton Team Member Rate (TMTP) provides access to exclusive discounted hotel rates, but availability is limited and depends on each hotel’s occupancy forecast. Understanding how inventory works can help you find more available dates and maximize your savings.

How TMTP Room Availability Works

TMTP and FFTP (Friends & Family Travel Program) rates are controlled based on the hotel’s expected occupancy.

• When a hotel’s forecasted occupancy reaches 90% or higher, both TMTP and FFTP discounted rates will no longer be available.
• When occupancy is below 90%, the remaining discounted rooms are generally allocated as:
  • 2/3 of available rooms for TMTP
  • 1/3 of available rooms for FFTP

For example, if a hotel has 100 rooms and the expected occupancy is 81%, around 9 discounted rooms may be available — approximately 6 rooms for TMTP and 3 rooms for FFTP.

Some hotels may also release additional EXTRA TMTP / EXTRA FFTP rooms based on their own availability decisions. These extra rooms have the same discounted pricing and do not count toward your 40-night allocation.

Tips to Find More TMTP Availability

To improve your chances of finding available discounted rooms:

Popular hotels and peak travel dates usually sell out quickly.

✅ Use the Flexible Dates calendar
Search with a 1-night stay first to check which dates have TMTP availability, then adjust your travel plans accordingly.

✅ Compare TMTP and FFTP rates
During low-demand periods, some hotels may offer better availability or lower prices through FFTP rates.

✅ Split your stay between multiple hotels
If one hotel cannot cover your entire trip, consider booking different participating Hilton hotels in the same city.

Important Availability Restrictions

Please note that TMTP availability is limited and not all Hilton properties participate.

• HGV (Hilton Grand Vacations) and most LXR Hotels & Resorts properties are excluded from this program.
• Some luxury resorts, such as Conrad Bora Bora Nui and Waldorf Astoria Maldives, may offer TMTP rates at higher fixed prices due to their premium location and positioning.
