• 1.    The booking process is very easy. You’ll just need to use the Marriott “MMF” Code when booking the employee rate direct on Marriott’s website.
• 2.    Go to Marriott’s booking site
• 3.    Click on the “Find & Reserve” tab on the upper left portion of the page
• 4.    Enter the location you are traveling to and the travel dates
• 5.    Click on the Special Rates Drop Down
• 6.    Click the “Corporate/Promo/SET#” button and enter “MMF” in the “Enter Code” box
• 7.    Enter the destination and dates you want to travel then hit “Find Hotels”

To qualify for Marriott Employee discounts. you must first be an employee or partner of the Marriott Group to qualify for employee discounts. We usually must provide the appropriate identification and Digital Authorization. To use the Marriott MMF Rate, all you need to do is visit marriott.com or the Marriott Traveler app and log into your Marriott Traveler account. and enter the desired destination, and travel dates. up to two rooms, and Special Discovery rate codes (shared with Marriott employees only).

8. How Does Digital Authorization Work?

Digital authorization means the old paper authorization form is no longer required. Instead, eligible guests simply need to have their Marriott Bonvoy account linked to the Explore system through the appropriate authorization process.

Once the account has been successfully linked, eligible rates will be displayed automatically when booking, with no need to print or present a paper authorization form. You may also see your eligibility reflected in the Marriott Bonvoy app or on your account profile, typically with a “Verified Explore Rate“ status.

At check-in, you only need to present a valid government-issued photo ID. The 2026 digital verification system has largely eliminated the need for the old paper forms, making the process faster and more convenient.

9. Can I Book for Someone Else?

No. The authorized traveler must be the person staying at the hotel. Reservations must be made for the eligible guest, who is required to check in personally.
